Drugs for male pattern baldness
In clinical trials for AGA (Aggressive Male Pattern Alopecia), Zagarlo not only prevented hair loss, but also increased healthy hair growth on the top of the head.
Zagallo is a drug that inhibits the production of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which causes hair loss, by blocking 5-alpha reductase, and once DHT production is suppressed, the hair cycle can gradually return to normal, thus preventing hair loss.
It is effective in increasing the number of thicker and longer hairs in the area of hair loss, and a clinical study on AGA men aged 20-50 years showed an increase in the number of non-soft hairs on the top of the head.
