What is fat harvesting and injection?
Injection of own fat into deep wrinkles, hollows and depressions
Condense Rich Fat” is a procedure in which fat harvested from the patient is separated into high-quality fat and injected into deep wrinkles, hollows, and depressions to improve the skin’s elasticity.
We have introduced Condensed Rich Fat, which is superior to conventional fat harvesting and injection in terms of fat quality and safety. It achieves a higher retention rate, and by using the FDA-approved LIPOMAX-SC and a special “weight filter,” only high-quality fat with high fat stem cells can be returned to the skin. This allows for a high retention rate and avoidance of lumps and other problems.

What is condensed rich fat?
Condensed rich fat is concentrated only from healthy fat cells and stem cells contained in adipose tissue by removing impurities such as necrotic fat cells, aged and weakened fat cells, blood, and anesthetic solution during suctioning. Using the LIPOMAX-SC, a specialized device approved by the U.S. FDA (equivalent to Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare), and a syringe with a special weight filter, fat cells are processed at 25 times the pressure of a normal centrifuge under safe conditions where the suctioned fat is not exposed to outside air.
Characteristics of Condensed Rich Fat Injection
Fat tends to settle easily.
The fat injected is free of impurities and contains only concentrated, high-quality cells. The amount of fat retention greatly exceeds that of conventional fat injections.
Safety
Since the unique condense (concentrate) technology injects concentrated fat from which dead and aged cells have been removed, there is less fat that becomes necrotic, and lumps are less likely to occur. In addition, the risk of infection is avoided because the entire process is performed in a condition that is not exposed to the open air.
Short downtime
By injecting the minimum amount of good quality fat required, postoperative downtime is greatly reduced. The site of fat harvesting and the site of fat injection will have some downtime, including swelling and internal bleeding. Temporary needle holes may form and redness may remain for a while.
