What is mole, wart, and birthmark treatment?

The CO₂ laser has a wavelength of 10600 nm and is easily absorbed by water. Therefore, when irradiated to the skin, the laser light reacts with the water in the tissue and generates heat.
This CO₂ laser, Ultra Pulse Ancore, is the latest model that makes maximum use of this thermal energy to treat moles, warts, boils, and raised birthmarks. By using a specialized handpiece, only the affected tissue is vaporized with pinpoint accuracy without damaging the surrounding tissue, thereby removing moles, warts, and birthmarks.
One to two weeks after the procedure, the epidermis peels off and is replaced by new, clean skin. Small moles and warts can be completely removed in two to three sessions. Anesthetic tape and local anesthesia are administered prior to irradiation, so there is no need to worry about pain.

This machine achieves the deepest depth of up to 3.5 mm among existing CO₂ lasers. It is capable of short-time, high-energy irradiation and non-carbonizing evaporation with minimal impact on surrounding tissues. It is also characterized by less pain and faster healing.

Precautions for treatment / Aftercare
- Please refrain from wearing makeup, washing your face, or bathing for 24 hours after your treatment.
- Please take sufficient measures against UV rays after the treatment.
- Apply the prescribed exalve ointment to the affected area.
- Please moisturize thoroughly after the treatment.
- Downtime: about 7 to 10 days
- After treatment, there will be a burning sensation, mild swelling and redness that feels like after sunburn, but will subside with firm cooling.
- Depending on the irradiation output, spot bleeding may occur. Usually, it will be close to normal in about 1 week, but recovery may take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the output and skin type.
